You are welcome to bring your own crystals too. You will be guided through a chakra balancing guided meditation, if it feels right to do so. The session may also include sound therapy, with the use of chakra tuning forks. After you have settled on the therapy couch or chair, I place the crystals on or around you. Under 14s must have a parent or guardian present throughout their session.
Under 18's must have parental consent & parents are welcome to be present during the session.
Your child will be asked for permission regarding hand placements, before the start of any treatment.
Please make sure you discuss boundaries and safety with your child, before they attend their session.
Reiki Sessions – Important Information for Clients (Summary)
About Reiki
Reiki is a complementary, energy-based practice that supports relaxation and wellbeing. It is not medical treatment and does not replace care from a doctor, therapist, or other healthcare professional.
Eligibility
Clients confirm they are 18 years or older, or have parental consent.
Voluntary Participation
Reiki sessions are completely voluntary. You can stop a session at any time or decline any part of it.
Client Responsibility
Please share relevant health information with your practitioner. You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing and should continue any medical or mental-health care you are receiving.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a full refund.

Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment: no refund, but you may reschedule once (subject to availability).

No-shows are not refunded. A one-time reschedule may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion.

Rescheduled appointments are non-refundable. If you cancel again or do not attend, the fee is forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your session. The full fee still applies.
If Your Practitioner Cancels
If your practitioner needs to cancel, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. No specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to the full Reiki Client Agreement, which is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Reiki is a form of complimentary therapy. It is a gentle holistic Japanese healing technique which is often referred to as palm healing or hands-on healing. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. It is also referred to as palm healing or hands-on healing. ‘Universal life force energy’ is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client. It reduces stress and anxiety promoting deep relaxation and healing on all levels - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. It can assist in the body’s natural healing processes and can complement any medical or psychological care that the client may be receiving. Reiki is safe for everyone. It works for the highest and greatest good of the person receiving the energy.
Crystal therapy
Crystal therapy is an ancient, complimentary therapy that utilises the energetic power of crystals and gemstones, promoting healing to improve the health and well-being of the client on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Crystals are placed on or around the client’s body to help unblock, focus and direct energy to support the natural healing process. It can reduce stress and anxiety, boosting inner peace and tranquillity.
